Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted in gaming areas, even if accompanied by an adult. Violations may result in removal from the premises.

All guests must comply with posted casino rules and regulations, including:
- No photography or video recording on the gaming floor without permission
- Proper attire required in all public areas
- Disruptive behavior will result in removal
- Management decisions on game outcomes are final
- Cheating or advantage play is strictly prohibited

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Nevada law. Guests waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
12. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our facilities constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to:

Violation of conduct standards will result in removal and potential permanent ban.
